What we collect
Your email address (to sign you in with a link or with Google), your display name, handle and country, your optional bio, and the plays and photos you add.
If someone sends a report, we keep the name, email address and message they typed, together with the play it is about.
What is public
Your handle, display name, country, bio and the plays you have not hidden are public. Your email address is never shown to anyone.
Opponent names are plain text on a play page. They are never links, and an opponent does not need an account.
Photos
Every photo you upload is re-saved on our server without its hidden camera data, including the GPS location, before it is stored. Photos of a play you hide are not available to anyone but you.
Cookies and tracking
We use only the cookie that keeps you signed in. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
Where it is kept
Your data is stored with our hosting providers (a database and file storage service, and a web hosting service). TODO (owner): list the providers and their regions here once the production setup is final.
Deleting your data
You can hide or delete any play at any time. In Settings, "Delete my account and data" permanently removes your profile, plays and photos. Reports sent about a play are removed with the play.
Contact
TODO (owner): add a contact email address for privacy questions and removal requests.
